We've received the EcoVadis Platinum Medal

We have been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal. It is the highest level in the EcoVadis rating system and places us in the top 1% of companies assessed by EcoVadis for sustainability, ethics and environmental management.

In our previous assessment, in 2025, we received the Silver Medal. We then set ourselves a clear next goal: Gold. We went one step further.

This result reflects the everyday work of our whole team in Poland. It shows how we put ESG principles (Environmental, Social and Governance) into practice across our IT asset disposition (ITAD), certified data erasure, refurbishment and remarketing services.

About EcoVadis: an independent assessment of suppliers

EcoVadis is one of the most widely used sustainability rating platforms in global supply chains. Its methodology is based on international standards, including ISO 26000, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the UN Global Compact principles and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines.

The assessment looks at 21 sustainability criteria, grouped into four themes:

  • Environment – carbon management, energy efficiency, waste reduction, resource use and circular economy initiatives.
  • Labour & Human Rights – workplace safety, equal opportunities, employee development and respect for human rights throughout the value chain.
  • Ethics – transparency, anti-corruption policies, regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Sustainable Procurement – supplier selection and evaluation, environmental and social risk management, and collaboration with certified partners.

In each theme, EcoVadis analysts review three things: our policies, the actions we take and the results we can document. The outcome is a score from 0 to 100, overall and for each theme.

How medals are awarded

Medals depend on how a company's score ranks against all companies assessed by EcoVadis in the 12 months before the medal is issued:

MedalPercentile rank
PlatinumTop 1%
GoldTop 5%
SilverTop 15%
BronzeTop 35%

To be eligible for any medal, a company also needs at least 30 points in each of the four themes. EcoVadis also monitors public information about assessed companies (its 360° Watch), which can affect medal eligibility. A medal is an assessment result, not an endorsement by EcoVadis.

What this means for our clients

Many organisations now assess their suppliers as part of sustainability, CSRD and supply chain reporting. When you choose an ITAD partner, an EcoVadis rating gives your procurement, IT and ESG teams independent, third-party information on how we manage environmental, social and ethical risks.

For you, working with us means:

  • Verified practices in sensitive processes – such as secure data erasure and the end-of-life handling of IT assets.
  • Supplier information for your reporting – our EcoVadis scorecard can feed into your supplier assessments and supply chain reporting.
  • Commitments checked externally – not only self-declared.

If your organisation uses EcoVadis, you can request access to our scorecard through the platform. Your ESG or reporting team can confirm how it fits your own reporting requirements.

What stands behind this result

The Platinum rating builds on management systems and certifications we have developed and maintained over many years:

  • information security management certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022,
  • certified management systems under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001,
  • R2v3 certification for responsible electronics reuse and recycling,
  • B Corp certification, which confirms our commitment to balancing profit with people and the planet,
  • transparent procurement procedures and cooperation with responsible suppliers.

Four pillars of our ITAD services

  • Risk Management & Compliance – alignment with international standards, certified data erasure with Blancco software and a transparent chain of custody.
  • Financial Value & ROI – IT asset recovery, lifecycle optimisation and remarketing of refurbished IT equipment, with both economic and environmental benefits.
  • Operational Efficiency & Transparency – process automation, standardised reporting and traceability of every IT asset.
  • Sustainability & ESG – a long-term commitment to carbon reduction and e-waste minimisation, and support for our clients in reaching their own sustainability goals.

Platinum is a responsibility, not a finish line

Reaching the highest EcoVadis level raises expectations, and we take that seriously. Medals are awarded relative to other assessed companies, so keeping Platinum means continuing to improve, not just maintaining what we have.

In the coming assessments we will focus on:

  • strengthening risk management across our supply chain,
  • developing an ethical and inclusive workplace,
  • reporting our progress openly.

Thank you to our team, clients and partners. This result belongs to all of you.
