R2v3 is the Responsible Recycling standard for the electronics reuse, refurbishment and recycling industry. SERI (Sustainable Electronics Recycling International) develops and maintains it.

ISO/IEC 21964 – Secure Destruction of Data Carriers

ISO/IEC 21964 is the international standard for the destruction of data carriers, based on the German DIN 66399 standard. It defines protection classes and security levels that specify how finely a data carrier must be destroyed.

Our processes for the physical destruction of hard drives, SSDs and other data carriers follow the principles and security levels defined in ISO/IEC 21964.
